Grand Central Mimico is a new master planned community which will be located at 23 Buckingham St in Etobicoke, Toronto. Grand Central Mimico will consist of three mixed use buildings. The first tower known as The Buckingham South will be 39 stories high. The Buckingham Central will be 24 storeys and finally, The Buckingham North will be 12 storeys high. Grand Central Mimico, by Vandyk Group, is expected to be completed in 2021.
Grand Central Mimico will be designed by Kohn Partnership Architects featuring spacious suites with expansive windows and contemporary design. The master planned community will include amenities such as barbecues, courtyard, fitness centre, games room, garden and party room. The area surrounding the buildings will be landscapes with trees, patio seating, canopies, walkway and a large public park. The buildings will feature office space and retail space on the lower podium. The master planned community will feature one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom suites.
